Happy Relax
To promote physical health and prevent office syndrome, SAPPE provides therapeutic massage services to support employee well-being. Qualified massage therapists are engaged to offer neck, shoulder, and back relaxation sessions for SAPPE Players every Tuesday and Thursday, with each session lasting 30 minutes per employee.
Daily Breakfast
Another aspect of employee well-being is supported through access to a balanced breakfast. Employees who arrive before the start of working hours are provided with free breakfast, offering a variety of menu options such as salads, milk, bread, and others. In addition, healthy (clean) meals are provided once per
Club Sport
The Company promotes regular physical activity through initiatives such as running clubs, badminton groups, and football groups on a weekly basis. The SAPPE Sports Club provides employees with opportunities to form teams and propose sports of interest. In addition, the Company offers targeted health check-up programmes for at-risk employees, including free electrocardiogram (ECG) screening for employees aged 35 and above. Screening for critical illnesses is also provided, including cervical cancer screening and free breast cancer screening through a Mobile Mammogram Unit and Thermal Breast Imaging technology.

Mental Health Promotion
In response to the growing attention on mental health, partly driven by post-COVID-19 conditions, SAPPE has proactively conducted mental health assessments among SAPPE Players. The Company has also implemented mental health support initiatives for employees experiencing mild to moderate stress, including group sharing sessions facilitated directly by professional psychologists, conducted across three cohorts.

Workplace Relationships
SAPPE fosters strong internal relationships by recognizing “SAPPE Players” as a key driving force behind the organization. Guided by the “FUN TEAMWORK” core value, the Company promotes a collaborative, open, and enjoyable working culture that encourages creative teamwork and positive engagement among employees. To strengthen team relationships, SAPPE supports departmental outing activities and organizes monthly “Happy Friday” events to create a relaxed working atmosphere and enhance employee interaction across the organization.
In addition, the Company organizes activities during important festive occasions, such as the Songkran Festival, New Year celebrations, and employee birthday celebrations, as well as management visits and encouragement activities. These initiatives help strengthen employee engagement, pride, and a sense of belonging within the organization.
Work Environment
SAPPE promotes a working environment that supports employee happiness and productivity by designing diverse office spaces that accommodate different working styles and employee needs. These include activity zones, cafe-style working and relaxation areas, the “Amazon” green space zone, meeting rooms, and flexible workspaces designed to support various functions and preferences.
The Company also provides common areas, fresh coffee corners, and relaxation spaces where employees can unwind, socialize, and enjoy their break time comfortably. In addition, “Fun Space” activities are organized during festive occasions to create an enjoyable workplace atmosphere that reflects the Company’s organizational culture.
Financial Security
SAPPE places strong emphasis on employees’ financial well-being by designing salary and bonus structures that are aligned with industry standards and benchmarked against data from internationally recognized consulting firms. This approach ensures that employee welfare and compensation packages remain competitive and support long-term financial stability.
In addition, the Company supports employees’ financial planning through provident fund programs, financial literacy activities, and seminars on personal finance, tax planning, and investment management conducted by external experts. SAPPE also supports housing loan programs in collaboration with the Government Housing Bank under preferential interest rates.
Furthermore, the Company continuously reviews and enhances employee welfare programs, including long-service awards for employees with over 20 and 30 years of service, as well as educational scholarships for children of operational-level employees, to strengthen financial security for employees and their families.
