SAPPE is a member of UN Global Compact Network Thailand (UNGCNT), the Thailand local network of the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), which serves as the local sustainability platform of the United Nations. Through this membership, SAPPE reaffirms its commitment to advancing the implementation of the UNGC’s Ten Principles and the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The Company is committed to promoting responsible business practices and contributing to an enabling ecosystem for sustainable transformation across four key areas: human rights, labour standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption. Through active participation and transparent disclosure alongside leading member companies, SAPPE aims to strengthen trust and credibility in the business sector while creating positive impacts for Thai society and the global community.
COP29 Debrief
SAPPE participated in the COP29 Debrief, organized by UN Global Compact Academy in collaboration with United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC), to stay informed on key outcomes from COP29, including emerging priorities, strategic directions, and opportunities for the private sector to accelerate climate action and drive climate progress in 2025.
Thailand Institute of Packaging and Recycling Management for Sustainable Environment (TIPMSE)
SAPPE is a member of the Thai Institute of Packaging and Recycling Management for Sustainable Environment (TIPMSE), a non-profit organization operating under the supervision of the The Federation of Thai Industries. The Institute was established through the collective initiative of industry groups, associations, and member companies involved in packaging-related products, with the objective of driving activities to reduce the volume of post-consumer packaging waste through appropriate and efficient waste management practices. These efforts contribute significantly to reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
PackBack
SAPPE joined forces with the Thai Institute of Packaging and Recycling Management for Sustainable Environment (TIPMSE) under the The Federation of Thai Industries, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment through the Pollution Control Department, and the PackBack Network, together with 149 participating organizations, in declaring its commitment under the third year of the PackBack in Action initiative, “PROVE: The Drive for EPR in Thailand,” reaffirming the Company’s commitment to advancing sustainable business practices aligned with sustainable development goals.
Mr. Adisak Ruckariyapong, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Sustainability Committee, represented the Company at the event.
The “PackBack: Packaging Take-Back for a Sustainable Future” initiative operates through four strategic workstreams:
Studying mechanisms for packaging development in line with Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) principles;
Developing pilot models and collecting relevant data;
Raising awareness of proper packaging waste management and enhancing understanding of the EPR framework; and
Expanding collaboration with producers to increase participation and establish an effective ecosystem tailored to the Thai context.
These efforts aim to promote the continuous circular use of post-consumer packaging waste, mitigate negative environmental impacts, and contribute to greenhouse gas emissions reduction.

SAPPE has demonstrated its commitment to gender equality and women’s empowerment by signing the CEO Statement of Support for the Women’s Empowerment Principles (WEPs) under the collaboration between UN Women and United Nations Global Compact. With more than 6,500 business organizations worldwide having become WEPs signatories, this commitment reflects the Company’s intention to foster an inclusive workplace culture and responsible business practices that promote gender equality, support women’s empowerment, encourage participation from people of all genders, and strengthen diversity, equity, and inclusion across the organization.
In addition, SAPPE participated in the Ring the Bell for Gender Equality event in 2023 and 2024 at the Stock Exchange of Thailand, an annual initiative held in celebration of International Women’s Day to mobilize the business sector in advancing gender equality and celebrating women’s economic, political, and social achievements worldwide.
Collective Action Against Corruption
(CAC)
SAPPE is a member of Thailand’s Private Sector Collective Action Against Corruption (CAC), an anti-corruption initiative established through the collaboration of key private sector organizations, including the Thai Chamber of Commerce, Joint Foreign Chambers of Commerce in Thailand, Thai Listed Companies Association, The Federation of Thai Industries, Federation of Thai Capital Market Organizations, Thai Bankers’ Association, Tourism Council of Thailand, and the Thai Institute of Directors, demonstrating the Company’s commitment to promoting ethical business practices and combating corruption throughout its operations.
Choose France Summit 2023’
SAPPE participated in Choose France Summit 2023, an exclusive international investment summit hosted by Emmanuel Macron, President of France, bringing together approximately 200 leading global investors and business executives to promote further investment in France. The event was held at Palace of Versailles, where SAPPE was honored as one of only six companies from Asia invited to participate, representing a Thai brand recognized for its strong global presence and market success, particularly in France, where Mogu Mogu has become a highly popular beverage brand.
This participation reflects SAPPE’s growing international brand recognition and reinforces its role as a Thai company contributing to the global visibility of Thai brands, while inspiring other Thai organizations to strengthen their international competitiveness.
In addition, SAPPE participated in the France Thailand Business Forum 2024, a platform established to strengthen collaboration between the public and private sectors of Thailand and France. The forum was supported by Srettha Thavisin and Emmanuel Macron to advance bilateral cooperation, particularly in trade and investment, defense industries, and soft power, while supporting the elevation of Thailand–France relations toward a strategic partnership in line with the Thailand–France bilateral roadmap.

SAPPE is a member of the Thai Beverage Industry Association, through which the Company collaborates to advance strategic initiatives and industry action plans aimed at driving the sustainable growth and success of the beverage industry. This membership also enables SAPPE to support effective collaboration and coordination between government agencies and industry participants, strengthening collective efforts across the beverage sector.
IPHA
SAPPE participated in the IPHA (Industrial and Production Hygiene Administration) assessment, a standard jointly established by three key organizations—the Federation of Thai Industries, the Ministry of Public Health, and the Ministry of Industry. This standard recognizes establishments that demonstrate effective management of facilities, production processes, and personnel in accordance with jointly established measures and hygiene standards.
THAIFEX-ANUGA
ASIA
SAPPE has consistently participated in THAIFEX – Anuga Asia, one of Asia’s largest and most comprehensive international food and beverage trade exhibitions, organized annually by the Department of International Trade Promotion (DITP), the Thai Chamber of Commerce (TCC), and Koelnmesse. The event serves as a key platform for fostering global partnerships, strengthening Thailand’s food and beverage industry, and supporting the country’s ambition to become a regional food hub.
In 2024, SAPPE’s exhibition booth attracted significant interest from customers, investors, and business partners, both domestic and international, generating strong engagement and business opportunities. Designed under the “Mission to Mars” concept, the booth showcased the Company’s visionary direction and product innovation capabilities in the food and beverage sector.
During the event, SAPPE also officially announced SEVENTEEN as the first Global Brand Ambassador for Mogu Mogu, the Company’s coconut jelly fruit juice brand currently distributed in over 100 countries worldwide. This strategic collaboration aims to expand the global consumer base and strengthen long-term brand engagement. The announcement received strong positive responses from both Mogu Mogu consumers and SEVENTEEN’s global fan community.

Youth Empowerment
SAPPE is committed to supporting youth development by empowering young people to grow with quality and creativity through knowledge-sharing initiatives with educational institutions. These initiatives include training programs, workshops, seminars, curriculum advisory roles, internship opportunities, study visits, coaching, and participation as judges in academic and innovation competitions. Such initiatives have been conducted in collaboration with leading educational institutions, including Thammasat University, Srinakharinwirot University, University of the Thai Chamber of Commerce, and National Institute of Development Administration, among others.
SAPPE reinforces its commitment to sustainability through the development of people and innovation. The Company has continued its academic collaboration through a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with Srinakharinwirot University (SWU) to systematically bridge the gap between academia and industry.
The partnership focuses on transforming academic research into commercially viable food and beverage innovations, while providing action learning opportunities for students to gain practical experience. The collaboration aims to develop future professionals who are responsible and capable of driving Thailand’s industries toward sustainable global competitiveness.
This collaboration serves as an important mechanism in building a sustainable innovation ecosystem, combining academic expertise with business experience to create long-term value for society.
“Ting Too Trash” Initiative
SAPPE also participates in the “Ting Too Trash” initiative, organized by the Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) in collaboration with the Thai Listed Companies Association (TLCA). The initiative encourages listed companies to strengthen their environmental practices through integrated waste management, from waste separation at source to end-of-life treatment.
SAPPE reinforces its role in effective organizational waste management through the internal program “Sort & Earn Trip”, which encourages employees to participate in waste separation activities covering food waste, wet waste, recyclable waste and hazardous waste. The Company also developed its own “Sort & Earn Trip” application, enabling employees to accumulate points through waste separation activities. This system provides measurable indicators that support monitoring and evaluation, including the calculation of greenhouse gas emission reductions.
In addition, plastic waste collected from SAPPE’s program is directed into recycling processes through the “GC YOU Turn” initiative operated by PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited (GC), which provides a comprehensive plastic waste management system. The collected materials are processed through recycling or upcycling, helping to create added value while reducing environmental impact.
