SAPPE holds annual shareholders’ meeting with dividend of 2.18 baht per share for 2023 performance, prepares to spread wings toward becoming Global Brand

Sappe PCL executives, led by Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Natee Onin (second from right), Chairman of Executive Committee Mr. Adisak Ruckariyaphong (first from left) and CEO Ms. Piyajit Ruckariyapong (center), attended the Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting (AGM) 2024 to inform them about the 2023 performance which continued to reach new highs. The outstanding operational results included sales revenue of 6,052.6 million baht, growing 32.5% and a net profit of 1,074.2 million baht, increasing 64.5% from the previous year. The executive team also delivered the company vision to become a “Global Brand” in the future.

In addition, the AGM also approved a dividend payment of 2.18 baht per share, worth 672.1 million baht. The XD sign will be posted on April 24, 2024 as the shareholders will receive the dividend on May 17.
