SAPPE joins King Fruits to support medical team at Srinakharinwirot University vaccination center

Sappe PCL, led by Chairman of Executive Committee , Mr. Adisak Ruckariyaphong, and King Fruits Co-managing director, Ms. Saowanee Wilepana gave 200 cartons of fruit and beverage products to the medical team at the vaccination center at Srinakharinwirot University’s Prasarnmit Campus. The donation was a collaboration between the two companies to extend moral support to the medical personnel at the SWU vaccination centers at its Prasarnmit Campus in Bangkok and Ongkharak Campus in Nakhon Nayok from June 7-30. SAPPE supports medical staff at Sripatum University vaccination center

SAPPE gives products to local communities through Food for Fighters network

Sappe PCL took part in the “Khao Saen Klong” (100,000 food boxes) project initiated by the Food for Fighters network and Chulalongkorn University Alumni Association under the King’s Patronage. SAPPE, represented by Chairman of Executive Committee, Mr. Adisak Ruckariyaphong, donated 200 cartons of the company’s products to Chulalongkorn University Alumni Association through its secretary-general Mr. Makorn Pongthanapruk and Chulalongkorn football team manager Mr. Suthipan Wannawinwet. All products were later distributed to dwellers in the Klong Toey community and other communities hit by the COVID-19 pandemic. SAPPE donates B’lue vitamin water to medical team at The Mall Bangkapi vaccination center

Sappe PCL has continued its corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities during the COVID-19 crisis by supporting public health staff with hopes to help ease the pandemic impact. SAPPE Chairman of Executive Committee, Mr Adisak Ruckariyaphong, led the company’s team to give 33,600 bottles of B’lue vitamin water worth 672,000 baht to The Mall Bangkapi vaccination center as moral support for both medical staff and those who come to get vaccines. The vitamin water was handed to Mr. Worachai Prayoonpruthamorn, The Mall Group’s general manager for operations. The vitamin water will also be distributed to others vaccination centers at other branches of the department store. Since the second wave of the COVID-19 outbreak earlier this year, SAPPE has given support for medical teams and those affected by the pandemic with products worth 5 million baht. SAPPE donates company products to medical staff and communities

Sappe PCL partnered with Thai Lotte Co., Ltd to hand out snacks and beverages to hospitals and local communities with a strong will to stand side-by-side with the medical staff and communities during the Covid-19 pandemic. The joint team of SAPPE and Lotte made the first-stop at Krathumbaen Hospital in Samut Sakhon, where they provided 100 cartons of products to the hospital’s deputy director, Dr. Ponchai Pongprapakorn. The team later went to Pathum Thani to give another 100 cartons of snacks and healthy refreshments to Lamlukka Hospoital where dentist Ruttikon Padpon received the products on behalf of the hospital director. Apart from the medical staff at the hospitals, SAPPE recognized the vital role of the frontline medical teams, which helped find several active Covid-19 cases in several communities. Therefore, 100 cartons of products and 1,500 pieces of Aloe vera alcohol – based sanitizer gel were allocated to the frontline medical teams and community dwellers in Pathum Thani’s Khlong 13 area. SAPPE donates supplies to Chulalongkorn University’s field hospital and Klong Toey communities

Sappe PCL continued its corporate social responsibility activities to support medical teams and communities, particularly the high-risk areas. On May 20, the SAPPE CSR team visited Chulalongkorn University’s field hospital, which has 100 beds for coronavirus patients and a mobile vaccination operation unit for the high-risk communities. Three hundred cartons of SAPPE products were handed to assistant of Chulalongkorn’s president for secretary and special affairs, Ms. Kanyasorn Tansuphapol, who represented the university in the event. After putting on personal protective equipment (PPE) suits, the SAPPE team later went to the Klong Toey Community with several sub-communities within it. Two hundred cartons of products and 1,000 pieces of Aloe vera alcohol-based sanitizer gel were given to the Duang Prateep Foundation. Legacy Insurance Consultants took part in the mission by donating 40 PPE suits to the foundation, which overseas 70-Rai Community in Klong Toey district. The community was hardest hit by Covid-19 at that time. SAPPE donates products to medical teams and volunteer group

Sappe PCL remains committed to social contribution by visiting more medical units and a volunteer group in Bangkok and outskirts. The SAPPE team led by the chief of corporate social responsibility taskforce, Mr. Adisak Ruckariyaphong, brought the company’s products to the “Up for Thai” group which initiated the “Tong Rod” (must survive) project to provide supplies for those suffering from COVID-19. Mr. Adisak, handed 200 cartons of products to M.R. Chalermchatri “Adam” Yukol, one of the Up for Thai’s founders. The products will be allocated to poor communities where a number of dwellers lost their income due to the pandemic outbreak. The group said many residents are blue-collar workers and some work in the COVID 19-risk areas. The SAPPE CSR team later visited the Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi field hospital at Khlong 6, where the university president, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sommai Pivsa-Art, received the donated packages from Mr. Adisak.
