The Board of Directors of Sappe PCL (SAPPE) has approved an interim dividend payment for the 2021 operating result at the rate of 1.1 baht per share following the outstanding performance in 2021 with total revenue of 3,712.8 million baht and 410.2 million baht for net profit. The dividend is 79% of the net profit from separate financial statements of 338.06 million in total. The XD sign will be posted on May 9, 2022 in order for the shareholders to receive the dividend on May 26. The dividend payment proposal will be submitted to the shareholders in the 2022 Annual General Meeting for approval.

After the dividend payment, the company’s liquidity and financial position will remain high and ready to accommodate investment plans for future growth. Regarding the 2022 business outlook, Sappe CEO, Ms. Piyajit Ruckariyapong, sets a target growth of 15%, thanks to the continuous growth in the foreign market.
