The meeting was held on August 3^rd, 2020 at the Grand Fourwings Convention Hotel. The company organized a meeting in accordance with the COVID-19 precautionary measures issued by Department of Disease Control, Ministry of Public Health, whereby temperature screening was conducted at entry points, masks were required to be worn at all times and social distancing procedure was strictly enforced across the entire meeting venue.
