SAPPE holds annual shareholders’ meeting, approves dividend of 1.10 baht per share

Sappe PCL executives, led by Chairman of the Board of Directors Mr. Natee Onin (third from left), company president Mr. Anan Ruckariyapong (center) and CEO Ms. Piyajit Ruckariyapong (third from right), attended the 2022 Electronic Annual General Shareholders’ Meeting (E-AGM) with the operational performance and dividend payment high on the agenda.

The meeting’s key agendas were acknowledgment of the operational performance and approval of the 2021 financial statement with total revenue of 3,712.77 million baht and net profit of 410.2 million baht. The figures were new high for both total revenue and net profit, despite the COVID-19 crisis. Additionally, the board also approved a dividend payment of 1.10 baht per share and XD sign will be posted on May 9, 2022 as the shareholders will receive the dividend on May 26.
