The Board of Directors of Sappe Public Company Limited (SAPPE) has approved a dividend payment for the 2025 operating results at THB 1.75 per share, representing a total payout of approximately THB 539.5 million.

Despite a challenging economic environment in 2025, influenced by both domestic and global uncertainties, the company maintained solid operational performance. SAPPE reported total sales revenue of THB 5,252.6 million and net profit of THB 776.2 million, reflecting resilient business management and continued demand for its innovative beverage products.

The company will mark the Ex-Dividend (XD) date on April 29, 2026, with the Record Date set for April 30, 2026 to determine eligible shareholders. The dividend payment is scheduled to be distributed on May 21, 2026.

Although overall market conditions have moderated this year, SAPPE remains committed to delivering consistent value to shareholders while maintaining prudent financial management.
