Sappe Public Company Limited (SAPPE) is proud to support the development of Thai youth in sports on the international stage through its collaboration with the Korfball Association of Thailand. By helping to strengthen training and enhance the potential of Thailand’s national korfball athletes, SAPPE reaffirms its commitment to promoting equality, diversity, and opportunity through a sport that is played as a true mixed-gender team—a game where gender is never a limitation.
Most recently, the Korfball Association of Thailand partnered with Ruamrudee International School Ratchaphruek Campus and private sector organizations to officially launch the Thailand Korfball Training Center – Ruamrudee Ratchaphruek. The facility serves as the official training and development hub for Thailand’s national teams at all levels, aiming to prepare youth athletes for future competitions in both Asia and the global arena.
At SAPPE, we believe that sustainable change begins by giving young people the space and support they need to grow to their full potential. Korfball, as one of the very few sports in the world specifically designed to promote gender equality, allows men and women to play side by side, compete with honor, and be valued for their skills—not their gender or social role.
As part of this initiative, the Korfball Association also introduced three youth teams—U14, U16, and U19—who will represent Thailand at the upcoming IKF U19/16/14 Korfball Championship 2025, taking place this July in Leshan, China. The teams are determined to bring home medals and inspire pride in the Thai sports community.
SAPPE’s involvement in this initiative goes beyond corporate sponsorship. It reflects our belief in driving social impact through sport—an avenue to promote inclusion, build confidence, and nurture a generation of young people who are ready to rise and thrive on and off the field.
