The award highlights SAPPE’s strong emotional and functional connection with new-generation consumers, and reinforces its position as an innovative brand that truly understands Gen Z’s lifestyle.
The award was based on a nationwide consumer survey conducted between October and December 2024 by BrandBuffet.in.th in collaboration with leading Asian market research company INTAGE Thailand, covering feedback from over 3,000 consumers across the country. The results were analyzed using the BrandSense VOC Matrix, a framework that evaluates both emotional engagement and functional value.
The study revealed that to win the hearts of Gen Z, brands must go beyond just meeting practical needs. They must also have a clear personality and presence that resonates deeply with young consumers making them feel emotionally connected and eager to engage with the brand long term.
In the Health & Beauty Beverage category, SAPPE ranked 3rd in popularity among Gen Z, reflecting its success in blending health trends with creative communication that speaks Gen Z’s language.
