SAPPE Receives 5-Star “Excellent” CGR Rating Strengthening Corporate Governance and Building Trust for Sustainable Growth
Sappe Public Company Limited (SAPPE PCL.) received a 5-star “Excellent” rating in the Corporate Governance Report of Thai Listed Companies (CGR) 2026, conducted by the Thai Institute of Directors (IOD) with support from the Stock Exchange of Thailand. The assessment reflects SAPPE’s commitment to strengthening corporate governance and transparent management to build confidence among shareholders, investors and stakeholders as the company expands internationally.

The CGR project assesses and monitors the development of corporate governance among Thai listed companies using criteria developed from the OECD Principles of Corporate Governance and relevant guidelines. The assessment helps companies continuously improve their management standards. SAPPE has developed corporate governance policies and practices, business ethics and anti-corruption measures alongside transparent disclosure, enabling shareholders and investors to make informed decisions. These efforts reflect the company’s commitment to responsible business practices and maintaining stakeholders’ trust over the long term.
