SAPPE Holds 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders Approves THB 2.25 Dividend per Share, Committed to Building a Sustainable Global Thai Brand

Sappe Public Company Limited (SAPPE) recently held its 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM), led by Mr. Natee Onin (3rd from left), Chairman of the Board; Mr. Adisak Ruckariyapong (far left), Executive Chairman; and Ms. Piyajit Ruckariyapong (center), Chief Executive Officer, along with the Board of Directors.

During the meeting, shareholders acknowledged the company’s 2024 performance, which recorded THB 6.775 billion in sales and THB 1.252 billion in net profit. The meeting approved a dividend payment of THB 2.25 per share for the 2024 fiscal year. The stock will go XD (exclude dividend) on April 22, 2025, and the dividend will be paid on May 8, 2025.

SAPPE reaffirmed its commitment to sustainable growth by continuing to develop innovative products that meet the changing lifestyles of consumers around the world. The company remains focused on its long-term goal of building a Thai brand with global recognition.
